By creating an account or using Ali-E CRM (the “Service”) at app.aliecrm.com or in our mobile app, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Ali-E CRM is a cloud business platform for managing customers, sales, inventory, documents, finance and team collaboration. The Service is provided by Ali-E CRM, Inc., a Delaware (USA) C Corporation (file no. 5404813).
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam, to upload malware, to attempt to breach security, or to disrupt the Service. You are responsible for the content you store.
You retain all rights to the data and content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Some plans are paid; pricing is shown on our website and in the app. During the open beta the Service may be provided free of charge; we will give notice before any charges apply. Taxes may be added where required.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, modify or discontinue features over time, and will aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali-E CRM, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
